The hotel is a combination of a
converted ancient mill from the XVth Century and a newly constructed
modernist building set in a 7HA area of gardens and fields.
Our efforts to respect the surrounding environment and scenery
are translated into an energy efficient architectural design which
integrates with the natural environment.
